The attached image shows my simple way of playing with the C language under AmigaOS 4. It features the old StormC5 editor with syntax highlighting, GCC version 11 from the latest SDK, and a modified example for the WindowPopup window. In each of the examples in the SDK, you will find (in the comment at the very top) how to compile it – this way, you can rework, modify, and test the operation of subsequent code elements, acquiring new skills related to the C language. Currently popular AI “chats” can be used to interpret these fragments.
