On AmigaWorld forum user "matthey" has shared a link to mails from 2017 between Ben Hermans (Hyperion) and Bill McEwen (ex Amiga Inc.) regarding "how to rescue" Amiga trademarks in USA and i Europe. We are not 100% suse if they are real, but number of details make them possible.

It's shocking how Hermans is trying to "resolve" this issue: "You know representation is going to cost you whatever happens". It looks like a dirty case with never-ending court battle, despite total crash of Amiga trademark. Are you happy with that?
